Dendrobium infundibulum

When Kanyl and I went to the Beetham Nurseries Orchid day (14/1/23) I bought this Dendrobium.   The flowers are the largest I have seen on a Dendrobium and to my eye are particularly beautiful.

The species is native to Indochina growing on deciduous trees at altitudes from 200m to 2300m..  Like many Orchids, it is an epiphyte that is it grows on other plants but merely for support not as a parasite.
