I just about managed my return to work, although for the last hour I couldn’t stop yawning, and my eyes watering.
So I had some much needed sofa time afterwards, and was so tired I didn’t take a photo.
Sadly the insomnia is still there, so although I was tired, sleep did not come even with valerian tablets, pillow mist etc.
I struggled to get up, but wasn’t too bad once I got going. It was a busy morning at work, so a bit more sofa time was order of the day afterwards.
