Gallery opening Dunblane

Once upon a time, pre Covid, you could wait years to get your work shown in a gallery. Now novel exhibition spaces are popping up in the most unexpected places.
 
This afternoon our local art collective, GOSSIP, had the opening of their latest exhibition “Breathe” in Weigh Ahead, a zero waste shop selling everything from artisan breads to kitchen equipment.
 
The upstairs is a purpose built gallery offered to local artists. So it’s
a symbiosis of natural partners each gaining from the presence of the other. 
 
What’s not to like? the exhibition is well worth a visit with many graduates from Forth Valley College showing their work.
