Amtrak Surfliner at Del Mar

The extra is of the last few minutes with Landon at his Saturday soccer class. When we said our goodbyes he said he’d miss up. When asked if he’d like to spend more time with us he said No!

From soccer we drove down to Del Mar for lunch at Milton’s deli and cafe. We wanted a brown bag special, only available from 11am to 2.30pm. We were there just after 2.00pm only to be informed the servers making them were at lunch!

After lunch we all went for a walk along the cliff tops, beach and roads around Del Mar passing fascinating and no doubt expensive beachside properties.

Back at Chris’s we cooked Mary Berry’s Chip Chip Cassoulet and are ready to watch highlights of today’s rugby.
