Pygmy nuthatches, that is. 
Don't they look like an old fashioned set of salt and pepper shakers?  You'd have to figure out which one held salt and which one held pepper by the number of holes poked in their head. The salt shaker always had more holes.
Now I have the urge to hit some antique shops and see if I can find some!
