Chaired the afternoon session of an equality conference today. Some really excellent speakers including from The Runnymede Trust and The Stephen Lawrence Trust. A bit oppressed by the scale of the challenges faced. Energising nevertheless.
Didn't get in till nearly 9. But Mr EAnn has cooked me a lovely tea and I did manage a pint in The Bree Louise with the legendary Roger Walters before I nearly missed the train - well he's legendary in my trade union.
