Hanging out with the Guys

Back at the library lake, there were lots of ducks swimming around. I only saw three Ringneck Ducks, all of them are male. The females are brown and black; there wasn't one in sight. I think the Ring Necks are sharp-looking ducks with white and black tuxedos.

It was a beautiful Oregon day with bright blue skies, therefore the blue reflection made the water beautiful. I enjoyed time in the garden; mostly I pruned away all the dead wood and branches on my perennials. 

It was a good day.
