The camera (almost) always lies.

I usually see things and try to make them look nice in a photograph. I seem to have done exactly the opposite tonight. It was a gorgeous evening for a stroll on the beach, the five of us. We were all happy and content to be there. Sadie sat the last of her exams today and we're looking at a long holiday weekend ahead. It was calm and the sun around making blue sky from behind trailing wispy clouds. It was bliss.

I seem to have made the scene look like something from a dreary independent film about deprivation and despair.
