First Aid

Another day at the laptop at home.  Usual routine, walk, work and then no lunch break unfortunately.  I had to go out a walk in the dark again to get my daily steps. 
 
BB got a first aid book from his DofE leader yesterday.  He left it lying on the kitchen table and I picked it up and flicked through it tonight and this page fell open.  I do hope that Section 11d is not needed on their DofE expedition!
