More kitties

The Capitol Mall near us hosts a standard 4 story selection of global branded stores and restaurants. It outdoor parking lot has some small green areas where people feed, water and shelter the kitties. The sun today was welcome although the temperatures hovered around 3C. The cats and people basked in the warmth.
