It may not look as though Ruben nailed his 20 minute pacer roll because he finished early... But he actually showed knowledge because he realised the runners who were following him were dropping off and he didn't know what they had left for him to drag them through and he thought he'd actually do better moving up onto the heels of the guy in front of him and push him along, so that's what he did, I could actually here Ruben encouraging the guy along in the straight to the finish line... Angus got a PB and was pretty happy, Luke did lift behind Ruben and was stoked to run a sub 20 and the next guy after that finished in 20:03 and was happy too...
So it was a good result...
