A Swan down!

He’s a photo of a swan that I took on my walk round Gunknowe Loch this afternoon. This is for my cousin Liz, who lives in Edinburgh, and had a fall, last Sunday, as she left her house. Unfortunately, her head hit the kerb, fracturing her skull and leading to bleeding on her brain. She has been ventilated and sedated in Intensive Care all week in the Royal Infirmary.

The doctors are hoping to ease off the sedation today to assess the damage. It has really put my employment worries in perspective.
