Blue Horizon

Faffed about with another painting today....and took the tape of this one and declared it done!   There comes a point when you just have say it's done, if i continue i'll totally fuck it up :)   So it's done!

Dinner was really good last night.  Just have to make note of that here....during the winter months the only place to eat out in Baddeck is Tom's Pizza....and they make awesome pizza and a few nights a week they cook up other stuff.....but a newish place has decided to be open some evenings and it's a kind of take out place...Off The Hook...and is situated just beneath the Baddeck Yacht club.   So we met up with Alyson and a couple of glasses of wine, and a very enjoyable dinner.   There were only a few others there so it was relatively quiet and felt very cozy.   We'll be doing that again! 

The only other places to get a good meal is in Sydney, an hours drive away - so that's not always desirable or doable.
