Preparing.

We are leaving ZQ midweek; we are going ‘up north’ to visit my family and have a bit of a break / change of scenery. ZQ will be fending for himself, so he has had a lesson in doing his laundry etc.

Noo had another night terror, but then seemed to sleep well. He has, however, spent another day on the sofa. As a boy who loves to eat, he is clearly unwell; he hasn’t really eaten much at all.

I ran 14 miles this morning then needed an afternoon snooze!!! Luckily I woke up in time for the rugby!!!
