Identifying the meadow species in my hay. 

I'm so lucky to have found these wrapped bales. I haven't found a single blade of ryegrass in any of them... Just beautiful old meadow content. And it smells fabulous, like laying in a meadow on a warm summer day.

The horses love it and choose to eat it rather than their current standing hay field.

Gorgeous and I got out a ride this morning in lovely weather... Much needed!!
