Another Appointment.

Hi Everyone,

I have got another appointment for the hospital for the second week in March to see the nurse and anaesthetist. With this being just over three weeks away I need to get super busy on the weight loss and turbo training. 

Also, I will need to start planning and cooking some meals for the freezer… Lots for me to get done now but exciting times coming up.
