Pasta

Do you prefer broad or narrow pasta?  The narrow pasta is made from chick peas and only takes 6 minutes to cook. 

I’ve had a slow day today. My knee is a bit better but still giving me grief. I went for a short walk ( which took a long time hobbling along) and did a bit on the exercise bike with low resistance. Lucky I have a book to read. Jack Reacher #2. Oh boy it is violent.
