The Big Wheel

We had a walk down to the Montpellier area of Cheltenham today. We'd not done this for ages. We definitely noticed a better different class of person (and dog) there, compared with say the upper or lower high street areas. Anyway, we had a very nice anniversary lunch in Côte.

We also saw this big wheel on the way. It didn't seem to be operational or we might have had a ride on it.

Even though it's our anniversary I'm still going to camera club this evening.
Well I did go to church yesterday :-)

Mrsfb came up with another memory today, from that day 41 years ago. When we were deciding on desserts in Côte she remembered the hassle we had with the reception venue (Berrow Court in Birmingham) who didn't want us to select apple pie for the wedding breakfast. We dug our heels in. I bet apple pie isn't even an option these days.
