after my regular morning time i walked to a friend to drop off her card and press…….on the way i felt the warmth of the sun on my face…..and heard blackbirds sing…..
home again for lunch, then a visit to Sainsbury ….when i came home and put everything away i had tea and sofa and kindle time……

a member of staff dropped off the Tropic’s order of a few weeks ago….so tomorrow i will use the salt scrub on my hands and use the hand cream…..
