This is the plant basket I got as a gift from a friend, there are lots of these grape hyacinths with what I think are baby daffodils growing at the front; they've not opened yet. 

I tried Pilates this morning, and quietly cried for a lot of it. I don't know why, just the way I am feeling . 
Good timing this afternoon as I had a Dr appt. I made it a few weeks back and opted for a phone call, and I was glad for that today. She is going to contact the mental health team. Got more meds as my blood tests came back clear. 
All over the place again today.
