Freezing fog

A very unhappy cycle ride to work before 6am.
My fingers hurt, my feet hurt, my face froze off.
Ice crystals formed on me and my bike. Dislike.
In the afternoon I had a mammoth 3 hour WBA assessment meeting. I was sick of hearing my own voice by the end.
5 of 6 elements passed.
In the evening I listened to United draw 2-2 with Leeds. Annoying.
