Watching over the beginning of the journey.


Some places are just familiar and bring comfort.
This place "Another place" will always be one of mine.
The added bonus was seeing the Queen Mary 2 sail out of Liverpool Port at teatime today.

A visit to Mum, then a visit to my cousin to catch up on the last 6 months of each others lives whilst the kids went and played footie on the field till darkness fell.

All in all, a day where I have managed to keep it together, not cry and where I have managed to put the feeling of loss aside a little, because I have been able to talk to people who are not connected to whats happening.

Am shattered. Just hoping that I can actually sleep.
