Spot the mistake!

I had a very peaceful day today :) A quiet morning at home then a visit to Mum where we sat and caught up on yesterday’s episode of ‘ Call the Midwife’. Mum is a bit better this week - still very confused but less agitated which is good.
I then came home , looked at my newest block and saw the mistake! All sorted now though :)
