Red carpet treatment

I was taking this picture when one of the (elderly) rowers stopped me and asked if I could send her a copy by whatsapp & happily reeled off her number*. I asked why the carpet, because it was icy she told me… so not because they were expecting a queen to arrive then I joked, she thought this the height of humour and declared to her fellow (male & equally elderly) rowers that she was the queen.
