The reason why……

……I never use chocolate block connectors anymore.
At the sailing club again replacing fluorescent light fittings. Another six done today so we are getting quicker. This connector was in one of the fittings, had been running hot for some time methinks.
Also replaced an emergency light with a duff battery, I thought we’d written a procedure for testing with a checklist for an annual duration test. Perhaps it couldn’t be executed because of Covid…..
