Where are the Salmon?

This is the Kenai (KEE-ni) River, which originates in a large lake (Kenai Lake) and flows the length of the Kenai Peninsula. The mouth of the river is located in the town of Kenai, where it discharges into Cook Inlet.
This is a huge salmon fishing river for King, Red, Silver, and Pink salmon. King and Red fishing are one of the main reasons tourists come to this area.
The other river pictures I have posted previously are the same river but in different locations. This part is right in the town of Soldotna, 10 miles from where we live.
