I had plans for today… make lasagne and bake chocolate cake with a pannacotta layer - it’s my Birthday so I thought I’d celibrate a bit. The Non-alcohol bubbly beverage is in the fridge waiting to be opened. But…I got to little sleep last night and been stumbling around mostly not getting much done. But, that’s ok. :) There’s a day tomorrow too. :)
