School Run

We came to south London today to visit my friend from school who lives down here. She has a baby a few weeks older than Conor and a little girl a few months younger than Orla. She was at preschool when we arrived, so after lunch and a couple of hours' worth of catching up with Doc McStuffins and Jake & The Neverland Pirates for Orla, we walked to school to collect her. Sharp contrast to nipping up the back steps from my parents' to get Orla! The girls then played so well together all day, although it did clearly demonstrate that Orla is not girly. She wanted to play with N's big brother's toys, had no interest in dressing up and positively recoiled from playing make-up until it was re-branded as face painting.
