2023 Monday — Window View
This photo was captured approximately 4:00 this afternoon. The clouds were thick and gave the appearance of possible rain, but enough sun was illuminating the sea that it looked chrome.
This was a day with no construction. The “hurry-up and wait” on our patio room project has caused enough irration to create a string of pearls. I’ll save wear and tear on the alphabet and not type my griping or whining, because that certainly won’t get the construction accomplished. So details of progress when there is some will be posted later.
Twice today I walked the pups to the church and back (St. Joseph’s Catholic Church is slightly north of us on the corner). Chloe and Mitzi love the two block stroll; so do I. It’s just good to get out of the house, breathe the fresh air, hear the waves, and see all the pretty flowers along the way.
I spent several hours this afternoon working on my homework for BSF. I joined just a week ago when I discovered that a group meets in Morro Bay. I set-up our card table in the little available space in our bedroom to do my study and that’s when I captured my photo for today.
For dinner I made tacos. Then we enjoyed a relaxed evening here at home.
Rosie (& Mr. Fun), aka Carol
and Chloe & Mitzi too!
