Third Party damage

Luke is repairing a 100mm AC Watermain that was damaged by a third party. Our country is being battered by a major storm, it has taken lives, caused significant damage to  infrastructure. We are a resilient lot with many folk helping other folk all or many of them have lost everything. Many thoughts and feelings coming back from my days in the Rescue Unit during the Southland Floods in 1984 and 86.
