Back Blipping

I have had three days of a much worse fibromyalgia flare so way behind with writing Blips, and leaving comments, stars and hearts.

I had to nip out to do a small food shop on Monday and captured this Valentine’s Day display in the widow of a florists.

Afterwards, I went for a short walk to see if it would shift the pain and it did a little.

My fatigue is really high right now too. Still doing the online February Gratitude Challenge.

Spent the evening doing an online singing lesson as a pain distraction strategy and watched a lot of  the That’s 60s music channel for the same reason.

Writing this on Wednesday evening (15th) - slowly playing catch up xx
