Yarn: Cocoon 4-ply Alpaca, silk, linen mix from @catandsparrowuk 
Colour: In the still of the night.
Pattern includes lots of ladders (deliberate dropped stitches) and lots of stitch markers. 
Worst bit: Cast on 375 stitches.
Best bit: anticipation.
