Exhausted

Did nothing all morning and then in the afternoon Pascale and Gyp appeared. So good to see Gyppy after a month. Then walked down to town and back with rollator. So tiring and had to stop and rest 3 times.
This evening I have a lot of back pain - from leaning on rollator handles I think.
Really have to work hard to regain a modicum of fitness.
Not sure I could have confidence yet to do it on my own.

Tonight had booked evening meal in the restaurant. I was pleased to see pictures of Mont Saint Michel on the wall - makes me feel at home.
