Ushuaia…

… on the southernmost tip of Argentina and our first glimpse of the beauty and ruggedness of Patagonia. This is the view from the window before we crash out for an early night.

The flight form London to Buenos Aires was terrific, 14 hours and we arrived on time and it was 30C. We had a a few hours wait before the next flight to Ushuaia which was another three and a half hours. It was 2C on arrival and snowing. 

Thankful to have arrived safely, with rucksacks in tact.
