Growing wild

I made myself bread today and spent a lot of time on the jigsaw.
I also phoned Mr Rat in Ghana and went for a short walk with a friend who phoned at very short notice as she was passing by this way. We passed this small clump of crocuses on the way.
There was an evening run with the group which should have been shorter but I forgot I had a meeting! I remembered yesterday so don't know how I forgot today, maybe because the unplanned walk confused me. I do have to admit I was sad to miss it but do feel a bit guilty that someone else had to take the minutes.
