Physiotherapy Day!

Brilliant sunny day...and not too cold!   Headed into town early for a bite to eat at the Bean There!   Broccoli soup and a bagel...and a dear friend, Mervi, came in and so we dined together!  What a treat to have a non rushed lunch with a friend.   Then onto do the shopping at the co-op, bumped into another friend i haven't seen in ages....so we chatted for 10-15 minutes!  On to the library and another delightfully unhurried chat with Cora-Lea!!   Finally onto the traction table!!!   See extra for the whole table, without me on it!!!

Just such a delight to have some unexpected visits.
