Sourdough

Once a month we get together to make sourdough. The group consists of all age groups, backgrounds and cultures. What brings us together is the love for bread and learning from one another.
We meet in a community run space in the town centre. Liz heads the get-together and does all the preparations, including brining enough starter and flour for everyone.
We spend two hours preparing the dough, exchanging experiences on all things break making, encourage each other and generally have a good time!
Tomorrow I shall bake the bread - let's hope it turns out ok!
