Not surprising after yesterday's phone call, but neither of us could settle to much after this news.

In to Berwick to the dentist's this afternoon. We had appointments for a check up one after the other. MrM had the first appointment, so he dropped me off at the Green Shop for some essentials before he went in. He came out with a clean bill of health, but I'm going back for a filling at the beginning of March. I arrived at the surgery with 10 minutes to spare and walked up and down the street to get some steps. Through the gap between two houses, the tower of Berwick Infirmary was lit by the late-afternoon sun
