Loe Bar

This morning we visited my Auntie in Helston then had a pasty for lunch before walking to Porthleven via the Nation Trust owned Penrose estate. The estate takes in Loe Bar, a shingle beach that separates the largest freshwater lake in Cornwall, Loe Pool, from the sea. We completed the circuit back to Helston via bus.

Once back to the cottage we had a short chill-out before getting changed to meet up with my best friend and his wife at a local'ish pub. We had a really good catch-up and lovely meal.
