Down

Looking down the tracks and also South, so it is down.  I took another looking down onto the tracks but liked this one best.  Many thanks to Jen for hosting!!!!    I was hoping for the train to pass me, but the guys were working on the tracks (to the North) and the train was idling.   I noticed a lone Gondola car sitting all by his lonesome on the tracks!  I am sure there is a great story in there somewhere!!  
   A really nice day today with loads of sunshine and I even got to sit out on the front porch and read my book with some iced tea!   A good day at the gym also and am trying to strengthen my lower back.   I did about 4 miles on the elliptical and the treadmill together.  I get a burning sensation in my lower back so have to tread carefully!
