De-icing!

Saturday February 11
It was a very early start this morning, to get down to the airport - leaving the house at 4.30 am! At least at that time, on a Saturday morning especially, there is very little traffic! The first leg of our flight was to Atlanta, and our scheduled take off time was 7.15, however, we were a little late actually taking off, as we had to wait for the plane to be de-iced first, due to the build up of frost/ice on the wings. In Atlanta we had to take the train to change terminal, but there was still sufficient time to get some coffee from Starbucks, then before long it was time to board our second flight, much longer this time. I’ve put a collage in extras for you to guess our destination!
