House for an Art Lover

Glorious, sunshine and morning coffee and a fruit tart sitting in the garden at the House for and Art Lover. The sun was positively hot, no not warm, actually hot while we were having coffee.

It could not last, and shortly after I took these pictures in the garden and in the walled garden of Bellahouston Park, it clouded over. With the cloud the temperature dropped quite noticeably, but breaks in the cloud were many and overall it remained pleasant.

In the afternoon we returned to Aberdeen. The temperature was substantially cooler and the sky overcast as "normal". Just outside Aberdeen an illuminated sign warned of heavy rain to come on Saturday. As I am a bit late posting this Blip for Friday I can say the sign did not lie. A glass or two of wine at Dizzie's rounded off the day.
