Willows and rushes…

add colour to the river bank on rather a dull day, but warm. Geese feeding in all the fields, Mallard and Goldeneye on the river. Kestrels, Buzzards and Kites flying overhead.
This morning the Blackbird started his Spring Serenade and continued for half an hour. Robins have been singing for a week or more.
