Returning to the scene

Today was our monthly Keep Kineton Beautiful session and as we were clearing the pavements (side-walks) next to one of the roads into/out of the village,  we had our hi-vis on.  We're guessing this means a lot of drivers think we are on Community Payback where local minor crimes are atoned for by community projects. Perhaps that's why a few of them drove by rather too closely :-)

The road leads up to Pittern Hill Windmill so it makes a good circular walk or running route.

This was one of the first pieces of work the group took on when it was started up before the pandemic, so a return to the scene of our crimes.

I'll probably sleep well tonight!
