Rehab Day #1

Today is the first day of rehab. Austria has various dedicated health resorts for rehab and Kurs (health programs). This one specialises I orthopaedic problems. I tried to add a link but it is not working. Will try tomorrow. My back is doing nicely for 3 months post op and they will be concentrating on building strength, endurance and pain reduction.
