Spring

... is starting to appear in our garden. We have been nurturing this Large White butterfly chrysalis [ extra] in the garden bin since the end of last summer and it seems to be ok.The BCS group on FB tell me it should emerge around late April , early May so we'll have to watch carefully around then.
Our clematis outside the kitchen window is starting to bud and the sparrows are once again using it as a jumping off point for the feeders. They have a great view of the garden and any potential predators from there :)  Such a good feeling to feel the light changing.
