Tales From The Promised Land

I noticed this graffiti (in the field opposite my cousin's new flat in Inchicore) a couple of weeks ago when I called out there for the first time to pick up Fiachra. Today, as I was waiting in the car to collect him again (for our ongoing docklands project), I saw this guy taking his dogs for a walk and found my foreground for the photo. He was friendly, so I asked about the graffiti. He knew when it went up but couldn't enlighten me on the reason for it.
