Happy dug

It was hard work getting up this morning after the game yesterday. Managed to get out in time to get over to Fife for an intro to mantrailing course. Darwin has already done some but you have to do the intro course before you can do anything else with them. He was awesome finding everyone, even the instructors were impressed. He did have a group of 6 off lead dogs come towards us which was too much for him and he kicked off but quickly calmed down. The instructor came over and said well done for handling he situation which was nice to hear. J went to fly ball training with Kilda so was out when we got back, not that Darwin noticed as he was knackered. Cooked roast beef in the air fryer for the first time and it came out quite well, a bit over cooked but I’m still getting used to it. Quick bath to ease the aching from the running last week and being out all day Saturday and Sunday before watching Death in Paradise and getting an early night.
