We made parachutes at the D-Day Museum!

We had a very traumatic night at the Premier Inn in Petersfield, during which we were awoken at 1am by the occupants of the room next to ours, trying to kick the door down of the room opposite, and threatening to slit their throats! 
The noise went on until 4am. Reception said they could call the police if we knew the room number. We didn’t, and weren’t going to go outside to have a look, so we didn’t know what was happening and didn’t sleep a wink.
Apparently the police were called, arrested several people, and took one to hospital. A porter was trying to get the blood out of the carpet by the time we went to breakfast.
You’d think we would have got a refund wouldn’t you? but no! We have to apply to head office. The poached eggs at breakfast were also as hard as rocks, we ordered more but they never came, so we gave up and took the children to the D Day museum which was fun.
