Football Friday

It has been one of those strange kind of days, with the tone dictated - no matter how much I tried to change it - by a broken night's sleep. It had been windy. It had been noisy. 

In spite of that I did achieve a few rewarding things, including a delicious beetroot and feta salad to eat at dinner. 

In the evening I took myself off to watch football again - Queen's Park v Raith Rovers. It was at Stenhousemuir again, because the builders have still not finished the reconstruction of their "proper" home venue in Glasgow. 

The game was not wonderful and ended up 1-1, but it was better than staying at home.
